Do you accept insurance for emergency dental visits?
Yes. We accept most major dental insurance plans and are happy to verify your coverage when you call. For patients without insurance, we offer flexible financing options including CareCredit, so cost is never a barrier to getting the care you need.
How do I know if my toothache is a dental emergency?
If your tooth pain is severe, has lasted more than 1–2 days, is accompanied by swelling, fever, or difficulty swallowing, it is a dental emergency. Even moderate pain that disrupts sleep or eating should be evaluated promptly. When in doubt, call us — we’ll help you assess the urgency over the phone.
Can I be seen as a new patient during a dental emergency?
Absolutely. Dublin Metro Dental welcomes new emergency patients. We will collect brief information over the phone to speed up your intake process and get you seen as quickly as possible upon arrival.
What are the office hours for emergency dental care?
We are open Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. For after-hours emergencies, call (614) 766-5600 and a friendly team member will help schedule the earliest available appointment and guide you with first-aid advice until you can be seen.
